A student enrolled at the State University of New York (SUNY) Geneseo was suspended for refusing to convert to the religion of transgenderism.
Rather than bow down and worship the idol of LGBTQ, the individual took a brave stand by declaring the scientific fact that “a man is a man, (and) a woman is a woman,” prompting the ire of the sex change cult.
“A man is not a woman and a woman is not a man,” Owen Stevens announced in an Instagram video posted last November that was brought to the administration’s attention.
“If I’m a man and I think I’m a woman, I’m still a man,” Stevens added. “If I’m a woman who thinks I’m a man, I’m still a woman. Regardless of what you feel on the inside, it’s irrelevant to your biological status.”
Stevens went on to talk about how biology does not “change” simply because some mentally ill LGBTQs says so.
“The biology is very clear,” he stated. “It’s very, very, very clear. And it’s binary and easy.”
This is science, after all, which leftists claim as their god. Because it defies what the Cult of LGBTQ wants to pretend is real, though, it is no longer tolerated at many institutions of “higher learning.”
In an email to Stevens, SUNY Geneseo indicated that he would be removed from his education major’s field study because his views “call into question” whether he is fit to “maintain a classroom environment protecting the mental and emotional well-being of all [his] students.”
Not only that, but Stevens is now barred from all opportunities in the education department unless he agrees to participate in a “remediation plan,” which includes taking down the “offensive” video and backing away from all social media use.
Stevens would also be expected to participate in a “reeducation” program that will brainwash him into the unscientific doctrines of the LGBTQ religion. In other words, Stevens will have to forcibly convert to a new belief system or else remain perpetually punished.
The dean of the School of Education at SUNY Geneseo admonished Stevens in a separate email, claiming that Stevens does not “consistently demonstrate behaviors required by the Conceptual Framework of the School of Education.”
“You continue to maintain, ‘I do not recognize the gender that they claim to be if they are not biologically that gender,'” the dean’s email went on to state.
“This public position is in conflict with the Dignity for All Students Act requiring teachers to maintain a classroom environment protecting the mental and emotional well-being of all students.”
The emails did not stop there. The president of the entire school also sent out a mass email to all students and staff informing them about the situation and encouraging more harassment against and punishment for Stevens.
“Yesterday, I was made aware of a current student’s Instagram posts pertaining to transgender people,” the president wrote. “I want to take this opportunity to publicly restate my deep personal commitment to promoting social justice.”
The president went on to claim that there are “clear legal limitations to what a public university can do in response to objectionable speech,” but that everything possible was being done to punish Stevens using the “few tools at our disposal to reduce the pain that such speech may cause.”
Since that email was sent out, Stevens says he has received threats and endured “horrible incidents” from angry students who feel as though they are making the world a better place by being the “woke thought police.”
“Overall, I want justice and the right thing to be done,” Stevens says.
